While not immediately visible, these optimizations lay the foundation for even smoother interactions as new features are added. Additional metadata was also included to help partner services better integrate and leverage our open APIs.

Bug Fixes

An issue causing the news feed to occasionally display out of date information has been resolved. Engineers traced the problem and implemented a more robust caching mechanism to ensure everyone always sees the most recent updates. Notifications of shared content or comments that previously failed to deliver will now be retried to successfully reach intended recipients. The team is dedicated to reliability and responsiveness.

To help surface relevant discussions, hashtags are now highlighted in post text. This makes it easier to explore related conversations just by clicking a tag.
